不做客戶與詢盤的分析，那做白工的情況就會很多，而且會經常有一些搞不清楚的狀況發生。

- 首先你必須用心的看清楚客戶的信件及提問產品和內容。查看產品在ASI及公司網站，並把連結複製到郵件裡，讓客人也再一次的確認和了解彼此談的是相同的產品。同時也能先行了解，客人看到的產品、規格及信息是什麼？
- 客人是美國那一洲的?(可以用我們系統強有力的客戶編修查找功能來了解客人)
- 他的公司大不大? Top 10? Gold?Silver? Distinguish? other?
- 客人的ASI Credit 如何? 分數在70以上還是100以上?是公司老板嗎? 員工業務員有幾人? 付款情況如何?
- 客人發出詢盤的時間是何時?是不是已過八小時?可能他早就有答案了，我該如何回信?
Time Texas, Time Illinois, Time California, Time Hawaii,
- 客人用公司email還是個人email
- 客人以前來過我們公司沒有?有過什麼詢盤?那個業務員做過他生意?都買過些什麼?
- 客人的跡象
- 客人公司有設計部門, 那這毛利在市場上可以高一些。
- 客人付錢的能力很強，那這是好客人。
- 超過三千元還要付信用卡，那就要小心這客人的財務狀況

利用系統裡提供的方便功能達到充分了解客人的目的，至少一小時以上，增加了解美國及客人的機會，並記錄好客人各式信息。
客戶調研一小時，勝過努力工作八小時。

Wow nice to read this. I’m really shocked.
I have to say, I dont know if its the clashing colours or the bad grammar, but this blog is hideous! I mean, I dont want to sound like a know-it-all or anything, but could you have possibly put a little bit more effort into this subject. Its really interesting, but you dont represent it well at all, man.

This is a good step to save paper. And will save the rain forests in Indonesia. Moreover, this will reduce the burden on the back of elementary school students. Of course this will make the traditional printing companies and governments in the third world into a panic because of their unpreparedness of information technology. . .
