目前的條件更好了，即把我的marketing能力也一併整合加入了平台內，我要在美國申請其它的禮品協會或組織來我獨立的運行，行銷到的客人是另一份提成收入，同時也能擴大平台的客戶取得的能力。

我是有興趣投資，不過我還有一些疑問，再次麻煩你
1.如果我要投資的話，最低的投資金額需要多少?
目前我們把生意合作設計的很輕巧，即主要投資回報是最高的sales team操作，其中主要投資是office設備，最大一筆是notebook, 不過我會盡量用二手的，前面已操作及試過了。
USD一萬五千元是可以調出好的五人團隊的基本金額。找十人進來試用，並強力汰掉一半的操作方法。
2.錢如何匯入?
我會先跟你簽定合約，保證彼此的權益，然後給你Spot25 or Pacific promos 他們在台灣的帳戶，或者給你在HK的帳戶都可以的。
3.將來如果有獲利的話，錢要如何匯出?
基本上我會實施季結算的方式，以簡化操作，獲利的部份，一樣可以由台灣匯給你，或直接匯到你指定的境外戶。
4.還有稅金的部份是如何計算?
交易本身的稅都是苻合法條情況下，算成成本費用扣掉了，至於個人的部份，大家都用境外的方式操作，所以到目前為止在小額的情況下，都還沒有稅的問題。
5.你在這件案子中扮演的角色是什麼，是經理人或只是仲介，對你又有什麼好處呢?

過去我們一直都有很多的詢價，但沒有合格的業務員時，成交率太低，這就是二年來我的深化處理。
我算過我在此執行，有執行所得(不支薪，40%提成)，以及自己的投資所得(目前我自己可以做十人團隊)。所以能滿足我自己要的收入以及還債的話，需要做二十人團隊才行。
其實也是為了我自己的還債計畫啦，不然十人團隊的第二年第三年收人也早就夠了。所以你能加入投資時對你對我都有一點好處啦！因為這絕對是好生意。而且步步為營，我每個過程都事先準備了很多的經營數據。

基本上我們無法用外資的名義在大陸這裡操作的話，一般都是掛靠在平台提供的本地人公司來處理，可以免去很多的麻煩。若是本地人投資的話，那情況就比較簡單。
你與我會是簽一個合股的合約型式合作，我會再跟可靠的本地人做掛靠合作協議(即Spot25 Inc or Pacific promos Inc 平台內的其它合格人選)來操作。
財務都是由執行人我們自己管理操作，這是獨立的公司帳本。一般是等損益打平時再去考慮設置BVI公司，先求省錢再說。
若你加入投資的話，Team的日常信件會轉發給你，你就可以慢慢的了解這些貿易的運作了。
這個型式的公司是只管自己的費用，不管週轉金(平台會在大部份的條件下面提供了週轉)，所以操作起來比較容易。當然他們之所以要這樣做的目的，在於為了整合中國端，改天要殺回美國去的，所以我知道這個生意不只是現在，還是個大的未來機會，也是一直想要join in的原因。

謝謝你了。附件是最近的二個業務員與客人溝通及操作中的例子給你參考。
這個生意機會是很好的，是我總結自己過去的經驗及修正部份後而加入整個平台的，只是目前加入平台的計畫中還沒有包含我原本就有的網路行銷能力。
當然生意人都是很精的，就是說若加盟者能在第一季達到標準的話，後面的平台會加入投資45%，事實上在自己可以賺到錢的情況下，就好好的做下去即可，那裡還會需要平台投資呢?不是嗎? 可是如果想要擴大戰果，更加整合別人力量時，這就是不錯的考慮了，何況跟精明但公平公開的生意人合作才是能成長的大道。
提供的資料及網上的材料，你慢慢的參考吧!反正我一直都在做著這類的生意，這是進行式 。

市場是美國禮贈品產業。整個平台的設計由華人Raymond開的美國公司，請參考我做的行銷網站之一，你可以看一下上面所賣的品。
市場在美國，貨物在中國產，又是少量多樣，一張訂單在USD五千元左右。所以是個很標準的服務型的貿易，小企業連結小企業的生意。
平台總部同時在蘇州開了一家貿易公司，提供一堆業務員辦公的方式。 美國的distributor下單給中國的業務員，提供如質及如期的貨物，送到美國，這是整個物流。
美國的distributor付錢給美國的Spot25 Inc or Pacific Promos Inc(LA base)，中國辦公室則提供週轉金向工廠下單，訂單交易結束，當月結帳，付到業務員團隊的指定帳戶(一般先設大陸、或設BVI)，這是金流。目前的生意都是30%到50%的訂金，收到尾款再出貨，或者貨到美國後馬上收尾款。
總部還提供以上流程的週轉金以及客人的信用查核(很重要的環結)，以及符合美國人習慣的帳務收款處理! 要純投資的型式目前還只有一二個，但從台灣來蘇州這裡先自己做業務員試看看後再組Team的人有好幾個。
就我而言，在中國管理業務員必須用一個基本數量的業務員數來減少人員個別性差異的風險，而十個業務員組成一個基本團隊時的投資計畫風險才有可能是最低，最適合投資人。
一個台灣人組一個二十人的業務員團隊，則可以年收入二百萬元以上，是個不錯的組合。

5. Get into mass production
6. Finished the production. Ship the goods to your destination
That’s the whole process.
And now we are just in the process of 1. Pls provide me the information as I request in above so I could carry on with it.
