很多情况下,看到客户询盘以后,我们都无法立即的回覆客人,比如客人的问题你不够专业,无法立即回答,人不在电脑前,资料取不到。但你必须有礼貎的先回一封邮件给客人,告诉他你收到了,有在处理,约什么时候会有消息.......

有礼貎,我们觉得才是业务员最重要的习惯。其它还有及时反应个性等等

想要接单,那就先以创造与客人的对话性为目标。所以尽量创造与客人的对话往来:五次对话的往来才是你询盘初期的目标


开头用语

Hi xxx,

I hope you doing well.

Thanks for great opportunity.

标准礼貌性回复

客户想要看厂跟验厂

对于知名和够大的企业来说,要看厂跟验厂是很正常的,不过我会评估一下能不能做的了他们的生意,再决定怎么说。

Can you give me your company info? I have to estimate the total efforts.

对于一些不知名的小客户,可以大方的提供信息给客户,不过我不会告诉他具体的地址,毕竟都还没做过生意。我也不希望被人家利用,而且招待客人还要跑去工厂是要花费用的。

Do you mean you plan to place a big order at our first business touch? Why we have some five orders before that.

客人要的这张订单是多大呢?为什么不用小订单,测试一下品质呢?何必去花那些差旅时间费用呢? 这些都是我会试着去先沟通的点,然后看看客户的真正的意图。

Since we are the initial business why we don't make a try order then verify the factory?
