回盘前---再说明产品价格讲法
价格报完后，有时候客人没看懂我们的报价邮件，特别是不确定总金额，或者印花黄色与价钱的关系时都会再提问。有时候会讨论时程。
- 再说明金额
The quote reflected both the run charge and the set up charge in the total. (the $333 includes the run charge which I added into the per piece price, plus the $100 set up to equal $433).
And yes that is the delivered price.. When can I expect your order? :}
- 说明不同色的印刷要求的价格不同
The first set-up charge is $100(net). Each additional color up to 3 is $50 (net). Run charge per color is .10 each. If you go to 4 colors the process changes to heat transfer and the set-up for that is $300 and the ball price charges as well-if you need this let me know
- 为什么印刷方法造成的价格差异
Because the logo is 4 color process it needs to be done by heat transfer. The set-up fee for this is unreal but this is my cost without mark-up. Logo set up fee $1000-Heat Transfer-4 color process If you can do a 1 or 2 or even 3 color the set-up will be much lower.
- 需求不明确时
觉得客人产品的不明确性高时，不给信息不好，给了报价信息怕不安全会出错.....
Without see the artwork here is the best I can do. I think I am on the high side but without the artwork I can not be 100% sure. And Quote.......
有时候客人的产品会跟我们网上的有点变化差别，那就这样去说，同时follow一下客人.....
- 强调一下产品差异部分
The item is the GD11018 Jump rope, but with the wood/foam handle. Just put on the order GD11018 Wood/Foam and I will take it from there.
- 讨论运送目的地的变化
We can change the address to the US office but it is already in transit to PR to make your in-hands date. Would you agree to split the shipping charge to PR? $50 each? This way we you make your timeline and we only loose $50. Let me know....
- 说明印刷方法不同引起的价格变化
We can screen print a 1 color just like this photo no problem. Originally you wanted color filled and then a color imprint. With a 1 color imprint this is fine. However the price will be more as screen printing is a more expensive process.

Color fill is done on the same line as the embossing. It is embossed, filled and cut into a bracelet all on the same machine. Screen printing is a different machine. Several more steps not to mention the screen charge.
The price includes shipping to 1 location in the US. If that is your client then there are no additional charges, if you are looking to do drop shipping that would be additional. Non-perm info to come as soon as I get it.
This is for two colors, please ignore the 1 color statement, I should have changed it. The prices are NET and include shipping to 1 location in the US.

It seems the factory has some in stock. If this is still an open job here if your pricing:

The cost to put everything in the bag and send the completed bag was not quoted (I added it below).

We need to add an additional $.06 to each item in the Consolidated Shipment column it adds an additional $3780. And an additional 5 days to the timeline - approximately 65 days to produce and deliver.
