报完价之后,客人这样回,不懂的人应该很多吧: 
Great, do we have selected pricing with you guys?



服务要做好,该要的钱一定要去要...客人要报价时给的产品与下单时给的不同时....
Yesterday you sent me the pen image with just the website on it and said to match it. This is now two different items being put on the pen, the website and the enter to win info. This is an additional set-up and run charge.



we have decided to do a pre-shipment inspection only but need to see images of a pre-pro sample. The cost to do a pre-shipment inspection is $493.50 – can we split that equally between both of us?



Can you please look at this pricing to make sure it is OK or if it is to high please lower to win this client.. I feel it will be a good relationship.
