回盘前---怎么用不错英文回答客人要目录的情况


前---客人要目录的回盘方式

如果客人跟我们要目录这样问...

Can you please send me a pdf file or winrar containing product that you offer. Also if you have some sort of closeout price on anything would you please let me know I am open to any ideas so I am not specifically looking for anything in particular.

 

有时候我们已经有准备好的资料时,那当然是可以给个客户的。但是我并不希望,在客户一上来问我就给他。总要建立起一两次的对话往来,互相了解一点情况以后,我们再决定要不要给?怎么给?给什么?


这种客户估计不是我们的目标,所以不想花太多力气,所以我们可以这样回...

一般在要目录的情况,我不弄PDF的,因为客人需要我的图片再加工给他的客人看,所以我不但不弄在PDF里面,就是相片上也不会放什么公司的信息,完全的给客人方便考量。

PDF我们一般用在正式的场合,比如,PI, Invoice, 採购单上面。
