How long will it take for delivery ?
These printed caps are pre-ordered and customized,
production time is about 5~10 days,
after production is completed,
we will send the package to the courier company,
they will provide a tracking number.
Average express shipping time 5-10 days, faster
Average postal shipping time 8-20 days, slower
Remote areas may not deliver or take longer.
The postal shipping package has a limit of 2kg~7kg, small package, depend on each country,
if the weight exceeds it's limit, we will split it into many packages and send them in batches.
for small quantity, postal shipping is cheaper,
for large quantity, express shipping is cheaper.
How can i check the shipping status of my order ?
We will offer you the tracking number,
below i list some tracking links of our finished order for your reference,
and you can see how long it might take.
Import duties are the responsibility of the importer(you),
each country has different regulations.
For goods shipped to Europe, you must have a tax number and be able to handle imports,
otherwise the goods will be destroyed by your customs.
Due to the wrong address, the recipient's refusal, etc., the delivery fails and the package is returned, and you will be responsible for the return fee.
