客人常常没有进入合作就要样品,我们应该怎么处理才不会吃力不讨好呢?

样品分为随机样或规格样,二种的说法不同…..
可以用以下的说法来回客人

当客户跟我们提到需要要样品的时候,我们都应该试着先与她建立一些的对话,看看对方的反应,了解需求的真实意愿如何?

可以这样去回复他

  1. 不建议客户买样品,这时候是体现我们关心客户的好时候,运费太高,划不来的,可以问一问客户,给客户拍一些高品质的图片来替代,看看好不好?
  2. 通过说告诉客户要收取的样品费,可以了解样品背后的订单是多少?大家值不值得去做这些事情?也可以了解客户的等级的大小,如果是大客户或者大订单最好,我们也知道去准备这样样品的意义。如果是小客户的话,指不定就因为样品费不值得,谈的比较好就直接下单了。

样品分成随机样与规格样两种,回复的办法有点不一样。

客户想要规格样时

Can you send a sample? I would be willing to buy over 1000 if the sample is good.

Your request is spec. sample. We have to create mold then produce them. It cost $300 to make them individual and the price is without express shipping fee. It is costy.

Actually you can place bulk order with art work confirmed and pre production sample review. It is economic both.
